Cancellation Policy
Important Notice to Our Patients
We kindly ask that any cancellations or requests to reschedule be made with at least 24 hours’ notice during business hours. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be subject to a cancellation fee.
Please note that missed appointments (“no-shows”) will also incur a fee, which must be settled prior to booking any future appointments.
This policy has been put in place due to a significant rise in last-minute cancellations and missed visits in recent years.
